I am 5'2" and I know that 95 pounds is not a healthy weight. You are fine. You are not fat at all. If you are concerned though, go see a nutritionist to get some good advice on healthy ways to eat. For goodness sake, don't starve yourself. That only makes your metabolism slow more and makes you gain more weight in the end. The key is to keep your metabolism high. How? Excercise and, surprisingly, EAT. Eat like 6 small meals a day, but eat GOOD food. Don't eat fast food. Eat plenty of fruits and vegies and protein and carbs. The right balance will make you feel good and keep you looking good. Excercize right too. Do something you enjoy.
But no, hon you are normal. At your age, girls grow faster then boys and then in highschool, all of a sudden the boys grow bigger. Its kinda funny.

wow..im 14 and 5'5 and weigh about 115 and i could even gain some weight... no way do u need to be 95 pounds! Boys are tall and skinny usually so dont compare urself to boys. Your going tho purberty ur body is going tho werid stuff, and from the looks of ur pictures u look thin. and yeah fat camps are for fat ppl lol not average healthy weighing ppl. Just exercise, find a sport and eat right and that is all it is to it. Do crunches for ur abs and lunges for ur legs and run!
hope this helps =)

I wouldnt consider you fat. im 5'3 and weigh 130, but i have no idea what body type you are. Its more important to be toned than skinny. First, try to do it on your won or with a friend, for motivation. Try dieting, lifting weights, cardio ( apersonal fave!), and join a gym. My bf is 9 in shorter than me and about 50 pounds lighter, if he doesnt accept you the way you are now, hes just an ahole.

Oh my gosh!!!! Grow up! YOu are not fat! I am 13 and 5'5 and 120 pounds.. Guys haven't gone through puberty yet so they haven't gained weight because of puberty. I know how you feel, sometimes I feel like OMG am I fat? But everyone looks different, and matures at different stages.. Get fit if you want to look better, don't go to fat camp!!!

Girl you can't go to a fat camp that is the average weight for a teen. They will look at you like you're crazy. And some will think you're making fun of them.I am 16 and weigh 82 pounds i wish i can be your size or at least 100. It seems like you're just crazy in love. But be careful cause it seems like you're going to far. But you can just eat healthy and exercises about 3 times a week and that's free.

you are NOT fat, i saw your photo album and you're not fat. in puberty you are suppose to weight 100 pounds at 5', and each inch is added 5 pounds. 95 pounds for your height is too skiny, you are fine the way you are, and you have to accpet it and be comfortable with it, but if you dont like it you could excersice, but dont do diets, because having a diet in puberty is bad for your body, and around your age everybody gains pounds but when you grow more inches it wouldnt be noticed

Girl I am 20 years old I use to feel the same way you do. You are not fat. Make fast food and junk food a treat for every once in awhile. Take up sports at school, go walking every night, exercise. Talk to a counselor at school. It'll make you feel better about yourself.

Oh sweetie, you are NOT fat at all. I saw your photoalbum, and you are a beautiful, thin young woman. The image you have of yourself is not healthy. If you are feeling badly about yourself I suggest just start regularly excersicing. I know every time I get into a regular excersice routine, I feel so good about myself. But make sure you do this for yourself, not for a boy.

I know that you are at a very impressionable age right now, but do you really think that going to a "fat camp" is going to solve all of your troubles? You could help yourself get healthy by changing your eating habits (stay away from sweets and sodas) and do some walking. Do this to make yourself feel good not to impress other people! Good luck to you!

First, you would have to be overweight. Which you are not. Your "crushes" are so skinny because boys develop more slowly than girls and 13 is about the age boys are scrawny like that.
95 pounds is too underweight for anyone. Just learn to respect your body. This is so sad. YOU ARE NOT OVERWEIGHT.
