yes...you can still go...but you will probably need a student visa (depending on the country) and you will pay out of state tuition.
I'm not from the U.S. and my tuition is about $12000 a yr for a CC...but that depends on where the school is located.
I suggest you go to the website of the school you are looking at and look under either 'new students', prospective students, or admissions...it should have a link for international students that will give you all the information you need!

You can do that, yes. Any community college will probably accept you. But I think you'd still have to pay as a foreign student until you have established residence (more money). Try looking up the policies of the school you are planning on attending, I'm sure they'll answer all your questions better than anyone here.

Yea, you can still go. It is going to be a lot more expensive though. I would look into the potential community colleges a little more, just be sure about prices etc. A 3.6 is definitely good enough. Good Luck! = )

You would need to check with the community college that you are interested in attending. At the community college that I am attending they will take students that don't live in the immediate community but they often have to wait to sign up for classes until open enrollment. They don't get to sign up with the students that are currently attending. I hope this helps.

it's still possible but you'll pay a lot higher fees than someone who is a resident in that community.

Yes you can go. Tuition is a bit more if you're from out of state, just FYI.
