I just always get tat from my mother-in-law. I think she does most of her shopping in Wilkinsons and £1 shops. I always get a few horrible smelling "scented" candles.

Years ago one of my pals was given a tow-rope. She did'nt drive.
I was once given an Winnie the pooh cushion (I was 28 at the time) and a Shirley Bassey CASSETTE another year a second hand scarf and a magnesium flint block for starting fires. From someone whose kids I spent a fortune on.
I was caster for years so could make all my presssies. The most popular ones were hand carved miniatures of pals pets, cast in gold or silver. Some were only about an inch high and everyone went nuts when they got them.

When I was in college, we did a Secret Santa (names go into a hat and noone is supposed to know who is buying for them and so on!) As we pick the name out of the hat, my friend turns points in my face and giggles...no prizes for guessing who had picked my name then!
With a budget of upto £15 he bought me....TA DA!!!
A pack of 20 cigarettes and a pocket ashtray, which broke within a week.
Bless!! It was probably my most favourite present of all time!! (Even if it was a tiny flip-lidded tin and a pack death sticks!!!)

My mum knitted me this jumper right, and when I put it on, it only just went passed my boobs in a kind of diagonal direction! So not only did she get the size wrong, she didnt even do it straight in the first place!!
She also got my brother some gigantic pants for some reason!! They were like old mens pants!! Couldn't stop laughing when he opened them!! ☺

My grandma use to give me the same drink and wet doll every single year. It wasn't bad when I was little, but she did it until I was 16 years old.
