IF you're using Internet Explorer
open the browser - click on Tools (at the top of the page) - click on Internet Options - this will open the Internet Options window
next - click on the General tab - in there you'll see a few buttons with delete on them, (you should do the following every once in a while to clear out the browser cache, clear the cookies and clear the history) to do this follow the instructions below:
To clear the browser cache:
In the Temporary Internet files (which is about mid way down)
- click on Delete Cookies - a small window will pop up then click OK
- next to that click on the Delete Files button - a small window will pop up (saying something like - Delete all files in the Temp Internet Files - you can also delete your offline content stored locally) - click the OK button
- click the Delete Files button again - the small window will pop up - this time - put a check mark in the box (next to Delete all ofline content) - click the OK button
Next you will want to clear the History - which is in the section just below the Temp. Internet files section
- click on the Clear History button - a long window pops up asking "are you sure you want Windows to delete your history of visited websites" - click Yes
once you have done that.. click the OK button at the bottom of the Internet Properties window
voila - you are done

If you have a firewall check out the privacy settings you probably have to change things in their to log on. I had a similar login problems with some accounts and did this and it worked but if you don't have a firewall then just go to tools-internet options-and delete cookies

In Internet Explorer:
Click "Tools" > "Internet Options..."
When this comes up, in the second section (on the default "General" Tab), there will be a button that says: Delete Cookies.
While you're there, you may want to delete you Temporary Internet Files as well... just click "Delete Files".
Hope that gets it done for you...
