Who said no one is concerned with the illegal immigration issue other than you ? Most Americans (the ones who matter at least) are very concerned about the costs of illegals in this country.

I saw Nancy Pelosi mention it on TV this morning, but the problem is President Bush wants the same thing the Dems do on this issue. Basically amnesty. If you remember Republicans lost talking about this issue. Do you really want Republicans to rub your votes in your face? OK, no problem, I will every chance I get.

Just yesterday, I overheard something on the news about Dallas Texas trying to make laws against immigration.. didn't catch it all but it sounded like they were trying to make English the official language and going to start considering it a crime to higher illegal immigrants or something
