go under internet options, and clear your cookies, delete all file4s, offline and online and then clear yor history. If there are still there then highlight the searched item and hit your delete button your computer.

I would make it easy on myself, I would go to ewido, download their anti everything trial program and delete the cookies anytime you want.
Remember, a hosting site is not fond of you deleating their cookies.

goto "tools" in internet explorer>>>>>>>select "internet options">>>>>>>>clicon "delete" button in "browsing history">>>>>>click on "delete cookies">>>>>>>>>ok
