Are you talking about a Honda "Kick 'N Go"?
I haven't seen one of those in about a million years LOL
For those of you that aren't familiar with Kick 'N Go's - It's a skate board with handle bars. 2 wheels in the front and one in the rear. At the rear wheel is a kickstart lever pointing straight up. When you push the kickstart lever backwards, that motion turns the rear wheel, then the kickstart lever returns.
I just looked it up on eBay and they're selling between $30-$50. People are bidding on them. But I'm sorry, the original 2 wheel model isn't worth much. If you restored it to brand new, original condition and brought it to a vintage motorcycle show/swap meet, I'm sure someone would buy it for nostalgia/antique.
