I'm sorry if this is a bit long, I'll try to make it short as possible. About a week ago, there was a new guy "A" at my school. I was the first person he met, and he was pretty nice. The day before, another new guy "B" had arrived. New guy "A" introduced me to new guy "B", who was equally nice. Then New guy "A" started drifting away, ad one day, in sudden randomeness, asked me if I thought "B" was hot. I asked why, and he said lots of girls thought "B" was hot. I said no. After that, "B" started drifiting away. I started talking less to "A", but he started moving closer as friends! One day, "A" told "B" that I thought "B" was hot, right in front of him!! He lied! Now, whenever I talk to "B", "A" starts jumping in like a little kid that's interrupting! Like when "B" said he noticed I got a haircut, "A" says: "Oh! I noticed too! I did!" What is wrong with guys??? Can't we just be normal friends?? Again, I apologize for the length and the confusion. If you can make this out, plz reply!!!

Guys, I'm really sorry if this is childish, high school is just REALLY confusing me.....(part of the Freshman gift basket) and all this crazy stuff is new to me.....I've always been one of the "innocent" "shy" "A+" girls! Again, REALLY sorry, but please try to answer!

"A" has issues. He's playing obnoxious to make you upset. Ignore his interruptions...like he doesn't even exist. Treat him like a child.

It's a pride issue. They're both trying to get your attention and pride is making them want to be bigger than they actually are. I would suggest backing away from the whole situation for about a week if you can, taking a breather and gaining a new perspective on the whole issue. If need be, tell them that you can't be their friend if they keep their stuff up.

You're a head case. Get a clue. Learn this now: It doesn't matter what other people think, it only matters what you think. It doesn't matter how your friggin alphabet people feel about you, it only matters how you feel about them.

Your question is so childish I couldn't pass up the opportunity to insert a little growth into your life.
