we have meeting more and more about the same crap. To the point the only time to get the work done would be at the meeting's.

Sometimes, meetings serve a purpose of camaradie to develop teamwork or, at least that's the intention. In some companies with NO meetings you may never know who you're working with or even for.
Then again maybe the same crap needs reinforcing to certain individuals.

They hope that some one will give into them, or give up but doing this won't change there minds . Major torcher, they bring you into the room and only come up with one new word to say. Ya, I've seen this before! I've even seen school systems pull this crap too. Why can't they just e-mail or leave a message or talk on the phone!!!

something is not working well for them.
they have a problem and are trying to solve it by having meetings.
figure out what the administrator's problem is and see if
you can help solve it.

maybe to see if you answer the same questions in the same manner... meanwhlie MAYBE they're tryin' to see if you answer them differently :D
