I never got a dividend from yahoo! so far and I don't think that they are going to change this anytime soon.

Technology companies usually don't pay dividends (to avoid double taxation of the profits) - the only exception I know is Microsoft.

Who cares! You shouldn't be buying yahoo and you shouldn't be buying stocks w/ dividends. Buy a small cap mutual fund to be safe and at the same time make high return on your money.
