I need to choose 2:
Edge vs. Detroit (Bad running game vs. bad defense)
Fred Taylor vs. Giants (Split duty RB vs beat up defense)
Anthony Thomas vs. Houston (Good RB with no passing game vs. bad D)
Mark Clayton vs. Atlanta (Hot WR vs. bad secondary)
Larry Fitzgerald vs. Detroit (Returning WR vs. bad secondary)

Thomas because he will get 95% of the touches in what should be a close game and Fitzgerald as a hunch.

I'd go for Clayton (as you say, he and McNair are en fuego and Atlanta can't defend the pass) and Taylor (Giants can't stop the run right now, and Jacksonville's passing game is dicey at best -- they'll look to hand off whenever possible).

I don't like James or anyone else associated with the Cardinals. That's just a very bad team with a very bad O Line. For that reason, I'd leave Fitzgerald on the bench as well. You just can't guarantee enough production with such little time to pass, even against Detroit.

Anthony Thomas is a wild card. I'm just not sure he'll get enough yards (or that the Bills will get enough first downs) to justify starting him over Taylor or Clayton.

Good luck!
