My house before we were married, so she wants a house to call her own. Plus, she told me that no-one can come over unless she approves it first. She says she has no say so living in my house, although were married now. Have not heard from her in two days. Should I just move on and file for divorce or what? I love her, but I think she is manipulative and controlling and spoiled. What should I do?

You guys are married. Try to work it out. It kills me how many married couples are so quick to sign divorce papers. You're a couple. You're married, you dont run at the slightest glitch. You learn to work things out.

Ask her why she doesnt feel like she has any say just because the house was yours before. If it is something that you are doing or saying, try and change it.

There has to be something more than just this that is making her 'controlling' 'spoiled' and 'manipulative'.

And why won't you move? Do you have a certain tie to that house? Why can't you buck up and get another house together to make your wife feel like an equal partner?

If you really do love her, call her and work it out. Don't just throw marriage out the window so easily.

When I married my hubby I had my own house, he didn't have one. We lived in my house for 10 years before I sold it and we bought a house together. What is yours before you were married is still yours when you are married. If she can walk out over something so minor as a name on a title, then I would think twice about letting her back in.

Let her find a house of her own, if no children are involved put her clothes outside change locks and tell her to get lost.
