I bought some itunes music and downloaded Awake songs from Josh Groban's album awake do you think I did the right thing to buy them? Do you like his third album? It came out this month november I think. I saw it at borders in San Francisco's westfeild mall.

I really like it, although I'm a little indifferent to some of the african sounding stuff. I love the songs "You are Loved" and "Febuary Song"! I still prefer his "Closer" album, though. I guess I just love the Closer songs more (especially the foreign lang. ones)! Still, all in all, it's a good album.

I don't like it as much as his other albums. There are more songs on this one that sound like pop, there are two songs with Ladysmith Black Mambazo that sound like they belong on the Lion King soundtrack, the last song sounds like a 90s mess, and in many songs he sings in a high airy falsetto that I really can't stand. There are a few good tracks but overall I was very disappointed.
