Global Warming is a Theory, and the cause of it is totally unknown. Do some serious research and you will find that not everyone agrees that turning off light bulbs will make a difference. The Earth has fluctuating temperatures and has gone back and forth, including an ice age, which in the span of the Earth's life, was not that long ago. Stop making yourself feel so self rightous about the Earth, and start making a differnce through kindness to all of mankind. Especially the guy in traffic that cuts you off. :)

Oh come on! Yes, it's a good idea to use energy saving bulbs as they are on Regents street this year, but these things unfortunately take time. Do you want us to all be miserable and have a rubbish Christmas because of local council bureaucracy?

It's great to do what we can for the environment (I use public transport, get my electricity from 100% renewable sources and recycle more than I landfill) but reactionary comments like that'll just put people off joining the "tree huggers" as you will, I'm sure be called.
