Yes wonderful fried or raw, I was at a bed and breakfast near Birmingham and they had White Pudding as well, unfortunately I was still felling a tad grim from the night before so breakfast was on auto-pilot as it were, anyone know any thing about White Pudding?

I absolutely adore black pudding, especially the one you boil, yum, split the skin down the middle and be very generous with vinegar and pepper, delicious, I just love the taste of it and have one for my lunch every Friday, good for your blood.

Black pudding is so awesome it completes a fry up. Also love white pudding though it isn't as good as its black counterpart.

I think it's great, and find it really funny to watch peoples reaction when you tell them it's made with pigs blood.
