How can he take that and will it result in long term damage?

Thanks

I don't understand why he would want them jumping on his stomach like that. I don't know if it will cause long term damage but you would think that it would cause some kind of damage to the internal organs.

A lot has to do with mind over matter. It's like when they break many bricks or whatever. They need to get in that mindset. Now if they aren't then maybe an injury can occur. Over time not sure what the consequences are. Have not seen any studies on that or heard about long-term injuries.

Yes, without knowing the proper technique this sort of activity can cause severe long term damage.

I know it sounds like mumbo-jumbo to many, but there is more to being able to do this than breath control and tightening at the right time. One must be able to direct their "Chi". Simply stated, Chi is our life force and many martial arts either directly or indirectly help one to develop the ability to direct and utilize chi.

This could really do some damage as it could cause internal bleeding, really not a good idea
