Amygdala is within the brain.

The most striking results were seen that these parts of the brain that shut down, or deactivated during a woman's Ojee. Deactivation was visible in the amygdala, a part of the brain thought to be involved in the neurobiology of fear and anxiety.

This elimination of fear and anxiety allows for a more total release.

It only deactivates during a woman's ojee? I know all about the Amygdala, I am a nurse, that is interesting though.

Very interesting.. you know, like when you say that somebody has a brain the size of a walnut well don't squirrels have walnut sized brains? Those things are hecka smart and fast, too.
