Well, yes and no.
Yes in that the human brain is finite and the universe is infinite, so no *single* human brain can come to have all knowledge. However, it is possible for humanity to come to know the universe.
No, if you are inclined to view knowledge as a process, as a means to understand the nature of your relationship with the world around you.

Basulto38: The only limit for knowledge for the human brain is time. If you're lucky you have seven to eleven decades to place knowledge into an inexhaustible reservoir of space. Weighing in at about three pounds.

No. We use only 4-6% of the brain capacity, the more we use our brain the more % of it will be active. Like a muscle, you can develop it by physical training. Brain also will grow and be more available by intellectual training.
All the existing knowledge can be gathered into a man's brain. There is no limit. And this was the plan of the creator :"don't give me excuses HE says, you can know me, you can understand this creation, you just don't want or are lazy"

There likely most definitely is.
We are finite beings. Our perception is limited. Our thoughts are limited. Our abilities are limited. Our brains are of limited size...it can only do so many things. I don't see why our knowledge wouldn't be limited either.

There is no limit on the knowledge a brain can absorb, but we seem to have givin ourselves a conscient limit on our ability to recall this knowledge.

I don't think anyone really knows. Science does show that we only use a small percentage of the cells available.
