Weight Watchers has the most effective plan for losing weight. I would contact them. Most of the other plans are overpriced and do not have good results.

I am overweight too but I lost about 30 to 35 pounds this year. I am still overweight, yet I'm going to the gym 4 to 3 days a week. I try to eat healthy, try not to eat that much meat and eat more vegetarian food. You should go to a gym or if not walk around your block at least 5 days a week for 15 min. Don't feel down about being overweight, we are all beautiful from the inside as well as from the outside.

I am overweight too. The truth is I really don't take care of myself. I worry about everyone but myself. I will pop something in my mouth just so I don't feel hungry. I adopted two kids that came from a family that starved them. Food became a big deal around here. I started introducing foods to them they never heard of. They are now physically healthy. I on the other hand have gained 30 lbs. The truth about weight is you have to take care of yourself. Drink a lot of water and watch what you eat. My uncle was a straight forward kind of guy. When he was in the war he said no one came out of the concentration camps fat. Its all about what you eat.

You need to change your diet and eat healthier, don't eat late at night and if you get hungry eat fruit. Salads are good but watch out for the dressing that you chose to you. Run or walk, running is better. Build your way up and don't start off too extreme.
