Months of pregnancy are counted using the lunar month (28 day/4 weeks a month). So you are in your 4th month of pregnancy.
13 weeks is the times from the first day of your last menstural period which is called gestational age.
Embryonic age is when the actual fertilization happened, which is normally 2 weeks after your last period. You are at 11 weeks of embryonic age. OB/GYN don't consider embryonic age because it is not very accurate and there is no way to find out exactly when the fertilization happened. That is why, as common standard, everybody is sticking with the gestational age.
