Yes, but you will need to have cable TV and a TV tuner expansion card for your computer. I don't think this works if you have a cable box or a satellite system as those signals are encrypted and need to be decoded before you can view them. Otherwise if you just have standard cable, get a TV tuner and you will be good to go!

You can either use a tv tuner card or some other usb connected device. I use an Adaptec Gamebridge. It's designed for gamers to caputer video but also includes software that enables you to watch tv as well as use your hd as a dvr.

Yes, using a TV Tuner card. Best ones are available from Pinnacle. They have a remote control also!

yes cbs and abc both have it where you can watch shows online im not sure of others but i am sure there are more out there i remember my friends dad watching a football game on his computer a few years back

yes. you can either use a TV tuner card, or use a firewire cable.
Most cable boxes nowadays have a ieee port on the back, just buy the right firewire cable and plug the box to your cpu.
