it depends, like you said, but i think it generally takes about 3 to 6 months. i wrote a very long essay, about 50 pages, i wouldn,t call it a book and it took me about a month.

It can take as little as one to two weeks and as long as ten to fifteen years. Sometime it take a one an entire life to finish one or go halfway for it to be finished by a predecessor. If you wanna write a book, go ahead. Don't worry about the time, worry about the content and it all will be fine. Good luck!

It takes as long as it takes. I've been writing one book for over 8 years!

i might call it "in the previous Grandma grew to become into Grandma" and do a vaguely autobiographical novel approximately the concerns i've got complete and witnessed. one in all my brothers has had a existence that should function a cleansing soap Opera plot. i might could contain a number of that wilder area of existence and the classes found out (no longer in simple terms via him even with the indisputable fact that via ability of all people). I evaluate it would be of interest to many readers by way of indisputable fact that the extra suitable concerns distinction the extra suitable they save the comparable.

It takes awhile. I'm writing my own right now and I haven't given myself a real deadline until now, so I've been casual with it.
