Hi.Am making a dvd of images of my 2 children for my mother-in-law as I know she'd love it.Just need some input as to what songs you'd put on the dvd as a backing tracks.Need some mushy songs please!!!

How old are you children?? If possible how about them singing some nursery rhymes, or reading a poem about the Granny that someone could make up for them. Sounds corny idea, but to hear the children as would be a double bonus for her. Or record some songs from Disney Films. Like when Dumbo's mum was locked up and she sang to him through the bars. (not sure title of song, but quite slow and sad)

The mushiest song I know is "Baby Mine" (the lullaby from Disney's "Dumbo"). It has been recorded recently by both Bonnie Raitt and Alison Krauss - both versions will bring tears to your eyes guaranteed. I've used this on DVDs of my own kids' photos - get's em every time.
