First off I think that you need to take another test to see if you are pregnant. The first signs of pregnancy.
1. Breast tenderness/swelling
2. Constipation
3. Nausea with or without vomiting
4. Head aches
5. Extremely tired
6. Food cravings
7. Increased vaginal discharge
8. Possible light spotting
9. Bloating
10. Increased urination
11. Backaches
12. Darkening of Areolas
13. Increased sensitivity to odors
14.Your basal body temperature stays high
15. Heartburn
I really hope that these help you out but I would take a test to be sure and good luck and best wishes.

I'm 4 months pregnant with my second child. When I suspected I was pregnant with this child I took a pregnancy test but I too was unsure of the results so I consulted my OB/GYN. He confirmed the results with an ultrasound.

Well for me nausea started 2 weeks after my last period. also my fatigue started around 4 weeks after my last period. My breast tenderness and growth started 2 weeks after my last period. My craving started around 5 weeks after my last period.
Here's a list of symptoms:
at 4 weeks: missed period, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headaches, bloating, a feeling of fullness, light cramping, poor appetite, frequent urination, and breast tenderness. If you've had some minor spotting in the past week, it may be "implantation" bleeding, which is not a cause for concern. Some women have no symptoms at all and feel absolutely wonderful.
at 5 weeks: feel exhausted and unusually cranky, and breasts may be particularly tender

Sore to tender breasts, morning sickness (but not for all women) missed period. A sure fire way is to take the pregnancy test.

Morning sickness, sore/tender/swollen breasts were my signs that I was pregnant. I think everyone is different, so you could have other signs too.
