i was just watching the scottish news and saw that they are re-opening the case to missing person?

vikki hamilton. what are your views and what do you think happened. i remember her being on milk cartens when i was a little girl.

I don't think that missing child cases should ever be closed in the first place. Fair enough scale them down with the passage of time, but they should remain open and 'in the system' so that they can be matched with profiles constantly, and also keep up with developments in investigative technology.
