Problem solving you need as life coping skill. That is why I believe all children's time should not be structured they need to learn to cope with peers very young without mom stepping in. Watching at safe distance of course, but not to resolve every dispute. but teach lesson after, could that have been handled better? If this is not learn ed you end up with very frustrated adults, who can not cope. Same with interpersonal skills unless u r planning isolated life in cave, you have to learn compromise, dealing with uncomfortable situation etc...MARY

who is objectively assessing? prospective employers? it's all about how well you handle yourself in various situations that you might find yourself in. to some people that may be dealing with you, this is important.
