Actually, I think crying is a good. Whether you are crying because you are happy or crying because you are sad, it can be very theraputic process. To stop, simply tell yourself that you are going to process "why" you are crying and stop for a while. Sometimes when I feel like crying and I have stuff to do, I have to tell myself that I will give "me" time when I'm ready but not now. Hope this helps

There are different things u can do when u cant stop crying. It depends on what u like to do for fun. or maybe the reason that your crying. Think about good things and try to keep occupied. Call a friend.

First I think about if what I am crying about is worth crying for. If so, I take three really long breaths in through my nose and out through my mouth. If not, then I try to think about something that I like that would also make me feel better.

Well, if I can't stop crying, then I guess there's nothing to do in the first place except cry even more, no?

Put things into perspective. Usually when we feel like it's the end of the world, it never is. Talking to someone really helps too, even if it's not someone you personally know, like someone at a hotline. Just remember that everyone goes through awful times in life and that millions and millions of people have hurt the way you hurt now. Keep telling yourself "this too shall pass."

This is called 'flooding'. What is making you cry? If you are grieving, then you must do it your own way. If you are depressed, and only a doctor can tell you, then please go see one right now. your friends will also be able to tell you if they feel you should see doc. Take care of yourself.

You will be so focused on that pain - you will forget about crying.
