Milk

I hate milk, but it turns out that it is really a get way to help improve your bones (which might help during labor). I had alot of fruit juices too, Juicy Juice rocks!...a natural laxative as well. But I stayed with the water, when I found out that baby actually urinates in the womb, I knew that drinking as much water as I could would be a good thing....good luck:-)

Skim milk is always good for calcium. Also fruit juices, but not too much because of the sugar. You should try to avoid sodas and drinks with caffeine.

Milk, and 100% juices are good. Tea, coffee, and Coke, or anything with caffeine in it is ok as long as you drink it in moderation.
You should just avoid alcohol, diet drinks. I drink lots of different things except for the alcohol and diet drinks.

drinking juice is good too. Try to avoid drinks with a lot of sugar, sweeteners or caffeine.

I treat myself every few days to a Coca Cola (not diet). I don't drink and coffee (but if you had one cup a day, that's probably OK). Tea has caffeine, so don't have too much of that. I would definitely stay away from any diet drinks with nutrasweet or aspertame or splenda. It's not exactly proven to be good or bad for babies, but why risk it?

Mostly, though, stick to drinking water. It makes things a lot easier.

Hope this helps!

Drink grapefruit juice and whatever makes you happy.
Avoid unfamiliar herbal teas and alcohol. If you drink coffee, switch to a low caffeine variety (1 cup of Starbucks cofffee has too much caffeine) that you can make at home. Try not to drink any coffee.

Milk, V8 (low sodium), V8 fusion (full serving of fruit & veggie in one bottle, and it tastes good!), calcium fortified orange juice, sports drinks if it's hot or you're working out. Hmm, stay away from soda's and anything with artifical sweetners aren't too good. Oh coffee and caffinated drinks aren't very good either for you. Good Luck!

P.S. Splenda IS safe for pregnant women!

avoid alcohol, caffeine, and chemicals found in drinks.
drink orange juice (best if fresh squeezed), milk, any other fruit drinks (best if fresh).
avoid drinks that come in cans because chemicals have been added like perservatives and sometimes the "can taste" mix in with the drink.

Milk! Orange juice gave me awful heartburn during my pregnancy, but I drank it anyway because I love it. Try to avoid caffeine.
