I signed up for the 4 discs at a time with Netlix, but only received 3 of the 4 today; is this normal or should I be worried one of the discs have been stolen since it did not arrive with the other discs of its set. Yes, it has been shipped.

Been a Netflix customer 3 times. They start off like a house afire, then after a month or so, seems like they start to slack off. Why I am not a customer currently.

They send them from your pick list as they become available. Let's say you have 10 movies in que and you order 4, if only 3 out of the 10 movies are available, you will only receive 3. When a 4th one is available you will receive your 4th one. No particular order from how you picked them either, just as they become available.
The same works for Blockbuster on line, only I will tell you, the quality of the Blockbuster movies suck. I mean totally brand new movies, not even on the shelves yet skip and stop for no reason.

Go to your account online and check to see when it was shipped.

If it was shipped and you have not received it within 3 business days (I live in San jose so I get mine, next day) then file a problem report, saying that you didn't get your dvd.
They will give you the option shipping another copy of the same dvd, or shipping the next dvd on your list.

Yea, they won't let you have too many too fast. Sometimes certain disks come from hubs that are farther than your normal hub. So, yes, this is normal, I would wait until Saturday or Monday to report it.

I would give it another day or two. If it hasn't arrived by them, I would call them.

sometimes they don't have the movie you request in stock.

Also, when it has said the movies were available I have had them show up on seperated days.
