Is there law regarding selling of reconditioned battery?

I also like to know if its a good business to sell reconditioned or recycled battery.

Plenty of people are already reconditioning lead acid batteries. There are laws, regulations, and permits concerning the handling and disposal of the hazardous materials, and one needs to have a business license, but that is the extent of it. Other than that the concept would be to be able to buy, recondition, and sell at a profit.
