Order from another PC. If you are doing it on a network it's possible they blocked the site. So try another PC from a friends house or something

Is this a serious question?? My God, if the site is blocked that means you CANNOT make an order from that computer. Try another computer....what an idiot.

go on in another computer, or try allowing cookies. Go to your internet options (if you have the new internet explorer its on the top right, tools, and then the bottom one) and go to the privacy tab, and all the way down to "accept all cookies" it might work.
You can also call their 800 number to order. THeir customer service is 1.800.411.5116, they'll direct you from there.
