When hiring individuals? is there a technique to screen for people who have worked in a union or are pro union. My client is non unionized and i want to ensure i meet their requirements

The best way to meet needs and standards is to do research and just ask. You can't go wrong with simply asking the person if there are any special considerations that need to be made in the contract to satisfy wants/needs/ requirements/standards etc...

NO! Thats discrimination you can't not hire people for thier personal beliefs. The company dosen't have to be union if it dosen't want to, and they shoudn't worry about people trying to recruite other people unless they are treating their employees like sh*t!

Union people WANT ,DEMAND,AND WILL NOT WORK FOR SMALL PAY,THEY THINK THE DESERVE MORE THAN THERE WORTH. The big three is failing now because they are out of control they have so many rules now the ceos cant touch them if they are slacking in their jobs
