Both US News and BusinessWeek rank MBA programs. See the links below.
Many of the top MBA programs do not have specializations. However, a general MBA from one of these schools is going to be better than an MBA in finance from a second or third tier school.
My advice is to go to the best school you can get into -- the top schools are good at everything.
Since you ask about finance, here is my opinion:
Top Ten:
Wharton, Chicago, MIT, Stanford, Duke, Berkeley, UCLA, Rochester, NYU, Columbia
Next Ten
Michigan, Tuck, UNC, Virginia, Yale, Washington University, Northwestern, Cornell, Carnegie Mellon and University of Maryland.
You will notice that I do not include Harvard. They have a very odd Finance Department. I would put it near the top for corporate finance, and would not include it on any list for capital markets finance.
(My list is biased -- but informed. I have an MBA from Duke, a PhD in Finance from Berkeley and have taught at Wharton, MIT and Maryland).

While I don't fully trust ranking systems there are several available. You might have to pay for the level of detail that you require. In the USA try US News and World Reports rankings http://www.usnews.com/usnews/edu/college/rankings/rankindex_brief.php. The Times of London's Higher Education Supplement also has comprehensive rankings.
You might find some useful information at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MBA

well ranking is pretty crucial factor. i want to tell u that never depend on one ranking survey because it can be biased. you can collects rankings from different magazines and newspapers and also from internet. as i m also preparing for mba entrance and student of pt education our teacher tells us that ranking goes change and sometimes not so much reliable.
one more advise is that before gatting admission in to any b-school u should survey their students opinion. this will really helpful to u. best of luck.
