Click start. Right click on the start menu not on an icon and go to properties. When that box opens click customize. when customize comes up click advanced. Then at the bottom you will see a clear list button. Click it, and you are good to go.

Firefox: Tools-->Options General Tab, Clear Browsing Now
Internet Explorer: Tools-->Internet Options-->General tab-->Browsing History Delete-->History Delete

Hi :p if u mean from the Internet not yr hard drive storage b/c those files even though you delete them its still in yr drive storage. It kinda of easy just go 2 yr address bar above that you c 5 word like file edit view favorites then tools. GO 2 THE TOOLS 1click on it then go down 2 the bottom where it says Internet options ,click it then go 2 the tab that says GENERAL click on it then go 2 the little button that says CLEAR HISTORY under the word History click it wait like 5 sec than press the OK BUTTON . It sounds like a lot of steps but its not lol :p

Start - Settings - (Click) Task Bar & Start Menu - (Click) Start menu programmes - (Click) Clear on the Document Menu area.

simple. delete. first u cant delete them all. press start-document-left click the document that u want to delete, and then delete.

you will have to delete it one by one only....there is no way to delete it all in one shot..you could download a free software like PrivacyWatcher to do all this and more in one shot
