I can't give you a website but I do know that they were mostly in Latin and the majority of those who attended these masses didn't understand a word of it (they were probably illiterate in their own tongue to begin with).

There is a Dictionary of Catholicism, and the Vatican on th web, but you need go no further than your local Catholic church. The form of the Masses has changed very little.
