deleted everything I could find. don't know how this 3-day trial got started, but when I enter my mailbox and try to do anything, it pops up, saying my 3-day trial is over. No options to say I don't want it. I've run virus ck and spybot,disc cleanup. nothing shows up. pls remember, I am relatively ignorant on computers(unless it's a materials system) thanks

just download a good antispyware like spybot update it and run it in safe mode along with your antivirus
