My relationship with my co-workers if fantastic. Unfortunately, i'm leaving my job in a month. So, i'm hoping i'll get along great with my co-workers at my next job as well. For the rest of you out there, how would you rate your relationship with your co-workers?

I get along great with my co-workers there is only me,myself and I well I is a bit bit*hy now and then, lol sorry self-employed ppl are bad on slow days. When I use to have real co-workers it was great.

On a scale of 1-10 I would rank mine as 2.5
My boss is okay but I just don't relate to most of the poeple I work with. I'm going to resist the urge to talk mess so I'll wrap it up by saying for the most part, the relationship is very poor.
Though it really shouldn't matter, good work relationships start with working with people who are on the same life path as you are to be perfectly honest. Diversity is wonderful as long as your work group strives to remain open-minded. Unfortuneately that is not the case at my office.

I've found my dream job. My co-workers are supportive and very understanding and they also like the job I do for them as well.

Some good...some bad. Unfortunately not as many good as some of the previous places I've worked. I work for a quasi-governmental organization now and it's amazing and disturbing to see how poorly things are run and how bad morale is. In my opinion it all stems from weak leadership.

My co-workers are backstabbing parasites. I hate most of them. I try to avoid them as best I can. I do my job and leave as soon as the working hours are through.

Excellent. I work at a credit union for the FAA so since its not busy its only me and my boss. And I loveeee it I can't complain I dont have to deal with 836453 tellers or other people working in the branch. Best thing I ever did since I left crappy Washington Mutual!

Mine is good. I get along with everyone at my job. I've gotten along with everyone at previous jobs too. I've always left a job with a best friend. I'm just an awesome person hah. lol.
