You can run alot of different oils in these bikes. I run Mobile 1. only becasue that is what I use in my other vehicles.

There is not really a magic oil that is that much better than another. Just get a good quality brand and change it on schedule.

Temps in you area will dictate the weight.

If you want to spend extra money you can buy Suzuki or honda oil. Waist of money but it might be worth the mental relief knowing its ok in your bike.

First off use a motorcycle oil only in your bike. Automotive oils are not designed for the shear stress's that a motorcycle transmission will put on it. I would recommend any of the popular brands just make sure you stay with the same brand. your clutch will thank you. I prefer castrol full syn. superbike oil 9.99 qt

i run motul in all my bikes (honda) its a full syn. and works great never any clutch or engine problems
