Hi, I am really worried to use my laptop.. I generally keep it very close to my abdomen(I mean the keyboard touches my abdomen when I use it).. Does it cause any pregnancy complications like birth defects and miscarriages? I heard that harmful radiations can cause the baby to have birth defects.Does laptop emit any such harmful radiations? please help!

it has more to do with the heat when it's been turned on for a while...just don't put it on your legs on near your belly but on a table and you'll be fine.

Nothing heard of it yet. But the heat of laptop, after using sometime, may heat the scrotum of a male user and destroy sperms considerably.

This will depend on the model but why take chance, put it on the table and get use to it, right now. They were just portable computer and some how became lap top, from table top.

i would just place the laptop on a desk or table.
