A boat in a bottle collapses then springs loose in a bottle. When you see pears or fruit in a bottle, the bottle was place on the fruit when it was very tiny and the fruit just grew in the bottle. That's all I know about it.

Depends on what sort of objects you're talking about. If it's something like a ship in a bottle, they are usually built in the bottle one small piece at a time using long and narrow tweezers/tongs. Sometimes a bottle is blown around an object. You'll need to be a bit more specific.
