Windows user - go to the start menu and select control panel. From there, select performance and maintenance. On the left side of your screen you should see the "system restore" link. Click it to get the system restore pop up screen, and follow the steps.

In Windows: start-all programs-accessories-system tools-system restore. click on any bold date in the calendar.

WIndows XP can restore your sytem to the state of previous date iof this feature is enabled.
