It is a great Windows Mobile phone. To me, it only has 2 drawbacks.
1) it uses the Verizon network, as a result, it cannot be used as a world phone (it won't work in Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, etc) -- because of it, I can't use it -- I need a world phone.
2) there is no Wi-Fi support. Verizon intentionally had Motorola disable the Wi-Fi radio in order to drive traffic to their network. I think this is a shortsighted view and a great limiting factor for the device (in a business setting).
But as a general US only phone, it is one of the very best - great for email, great for web browsing, great for Texting and Instant Messaging, great integration with Windows (and Outlook).
A good alternative, that is also a world phone, is the t-mobile dash.
