I don't think that most people are stupid by definition:
Stupidity is the quality or condition of being stupid, or lacking intelligence, as opposed to being merely ignorant or uneducated.
I do, however, believe that you will find that people will engage in acts of stupidity. Most individuals are pretty intelligent and can do the most common functions in life. But you will find that even the most intelligent being can perform/reaction stupidly, depending on the action set before him/her. So, because of this stupidity in their reaction, you could say that it is in response to jealousy (depending, again, on what that person is reacting to). For instance, two girls can be best of friends but have that little friendship severed if someone were to gossip that "so & so said you were prettier." This is just a VERY simple example to show how jealousy can play into "stupidity."
So, you are right - jealousy, is a stupid reaction; often revisited upon by any individual without them having the lacking of any kind of intellect.

Jealousy would actually try to win over something or take revenge or challenge, which would usually involve some degree of smarts. People are stupid usually out of ignorance, lack of education, and low IQ.

First get a dictionary and learn the meaning of the words implied: Stupid & Jealous, are not harmonous in defination. Obviously your implications would implicate your stupidity.... Cheers!

It's not that most people are stupid, it's our level of intolerance and negative thinking that creates the illusion that most are stupid. We all suffer moments of "duh" and if we choose not to improve ourselves or help others to improve then we will continue to "duh"...
