Your computer detects the insertion of the flash drive and attempts to load the drivers for usb devices and an internal error occurs. You may need to reinstall your usb device drivers.

Depends. Does it turn blue and stop working? If that's the case than you're getting 'the blue screen of death' as tech guys call it. At that point it's helpless...take it to someone to get fixed.
