Texas - Oklahoma is HUGE. I'd say that is next after those 2.

No doubt. Alabama vs. Auburn. It's an intrastate rivalry that surpasses sports, divides families, and destroys friendships. I am a banker in Birmingham, AL, and have my Auburn University diploma hanging on my office wall. I have had Bama fan customers close their accounts because they don't want an Auburn alumni handling their money. I have friends whose parents would not pay for their college tuition because the parents went to Alabama and the child wanted to go to Auburn. I have had Bama fans gloat to me because their alma mater received a larger educational grant than Auburn. And this insanity goes both ways. It's truly a 24/7/365 rivalry.
On the field, the games are as intense as any you'll ever see. Throw out the team records. Many fans of these schools will admit that they wouldn't care if their team lost every game as long as they win the Iron Bowl. Former Alabama coach Bill Curry was fired because he couldn't beat Auburn. Trust me - there is no other like it.

I think Army-Navy, as you have said, is great because it doesn't matter if the teams are good or not. There is so much more to the game.
Personally, I am a Backyard Brawl (WVU vs. Pitt) guy because I went to West Virginia. Matter of fact, I'll be at Heinz Field tomorrow night watching the Mountaineers pound the Panthers.

Michigan State vs. Michigan (they collide in all the sports {not just football, like how many rivalies tend to be} and they are usually great games)
By the way.......Ohio State better win this weekend!!! I'm not a Buckeye fan, but I ALWAYS root for the team that plays against Michigan. I can't stand U of M, they are a bunch of cry babies if they don't win--that goes for any sport with that University.

Kansas Jayhawks vs. the scum of the earth Missouri Tigers.
It is the oldest continuously played game west of the Mississippi River, and the two hate each other with an intensity that goes back to the Bleeding Kansas days before the Civil War.

I agree about the Iron Bowl, and for those of you that ain't Southern that's when Auburn and Bama play, but the third Saturday in October always makes for a good game: Tennessee vs. Alabama.

Florida State vs Florida by all means. I grew up in Gator Country as a Florida State fan and have seen some awful feuds going on between sides. I think Gator fans are more aggressive whereas Florida State fans are just plain sneaky!
I live in Alabama now and have seen a pretty intense rivalry between Auburn and Alabama, too.

Alabama - Auburn or Texas - Texas A&M.
Also don't forget a couple from Division I-AA, which are more played than any rivalry in Division I-A: Lehigh-Lafayette and Harvard-Yale.
