I recommend a fitting from a store you are going to purchase a bra from. More than likely, even though it really should not be this way, it is, the bra size you think you are from one company is not necessarily the bra size for another company or brand.
So, I suggest if you are going to say buy a bra from VS or even a Department Store, go there and have a professional fitting and talk to one of the sales women there. They can help you adjust the bra to best fit you! Good Luck, and I am sure you are not alone on this!

First of all, and I don't know if anyone's already mentioned this...
If you go up a band size and keep the cup size the same of course it's not going to fit you. You need the sister size of whatever you are. For example...a 34 C is NOT the same as a 32 C. It's the same as a 32 D. When the band size descreases, the cup increases. And when the cup size decreases the band size increases, for whatever size you are looking for.
Getting sized does not always work unless you have perky breasts...so go to the store, try on your size and if the band size is too big, go down a band size and go up a cup size. It's really not that hard. I have to do this all the time because I have a tiny back with average sized boobs so my size is not one easy to fit or find.

Yeah, I have that problem, too. You should go to a major department store and get a fitting. I wouldn't get a fitting from Victoria's Secret, though. They tell you that you're a size bigger than you actually are so you feel sexy and want to buy more bras there. Plus, that's the only store where that size will actually fit you. If you go somewhere else, you'll probably need to be re-fitted for your real size. Also, remember, if you go up in band size, you may need to go down in cup size. For example, a 36B is really close to a 34C in a lot of stores. Good luck!

The best way to really figure out the whole bra thing is to have a professional fitting. A professional expert will be able to tell you the exact cup size and band size for you. It's the best thing I've ever done.

Go to Victoria Secret and ask them to fit you. It's free. The bras there are pricey though. If you go to Target they have a line of bras's there (not sure of the name) but they sell bras in half sizes. Maybe you just have an in between size. Try on a few there and find out.

Why don't you go to Victoria Secret or a department store and get fitted properly once and for all. Take two ladies into the dressing room, I say two so both of them can give you measurements and do it with out your shirt on. Trust me, there is a bra out there for you and when you find it you will feel so much better!

You need to go to a shop that will measure you properly like Victoria Secret or a local store specializing in women's lingerie. The bras can be a little more expensive but they're worth the comfort and support the provide.

Go to Victorias Secret and get a fitting. You won't believe how great the proper bra feels. And the girls as VS are experts - not sure why really, but they do a tremendous job!

JC Penny will give you a fit.
Remember when you go up a size in the cup the band automatically goes up the same width as the cup change. If you go up a size in the band the cup will go up.If you go up in the band, go down in the cup, if you go up in the cup, go down in the band.
