For Medical Graduation Courses DU coll Mulana Azad is best. For Post graduation Courses AIIMS is best

i would have been in a better postion to answer if you would have spent a bit more time in asking the question. if you want to take admission to any course then aiims is definately better. provided you are able to get admission as the exam is very difficult. aiims staff is better. number and quality is better, so you will get better experience and they use latest tech. material so you will be better equipped to face the life professionally

well i would say if u are planning to really take medicine seriously than would advice u to opt for aiims... though getting into aiims is another issue... have to really be prepared to take on the challenges.. fascilities are great and the atmosphere for greater perspective of learning medicine is also noticed...
as for DU.. i would say its another story...
of course AIIMS is one of the best medical colleges in India.. and being one of the best says it all...
