When your relator sent your offer it should have been included that the seller had XX number of days to respond to your offer. Anyone who is serious about selling their home will respond or counter offer you as soon as possible!
Don't worry purchasing is a very intimidating and mind-boggling...you'll definitly get a response tho.

Ask your realtor to find out and give you an answer. If he cannot then you should believe it's no. When you make an offer on a house put a time limit on the offer the next time.

When you make an offer, you should always put in it some time limit to accept so that you aren't hanging for days. How long depends on whether the seller lives in the house or has already moved a thousand miles away.
If you don't do that, it's possible that they will hold onto the offer and use it to negotiate with other potential buyers, even though they don't intend to accept yours at all. If you get tired of waiting, you're in the position that you have to formally retract your offer.
Always put in an expiration for the offer. One day, one week, whatever, but it has to die sometime.

It is the duty of your realtor, DUTY, to give your bid. It is also the duty of the other Realtor to give all offers. This is real estate law. No matter what the offer is, the Realtor MUST show the offer.
