You will get the best deal with http://www.net10.com .

You can sometimes get net 10 prepay phones and minutes at walmart, but it is often cheaper to get them from net 10 website.

You can sometimes get a factory serviced phone from them for about 30 bux. Sometimes, they sell good new phones for 40-50 bux.

Net 10 minutes are the che4apest, best deal. Tracfone is a ripoff. Net 10 is best. No contract, no access fees. It is a straight ten cents per minute, with no additional fees for roaming or long distance (in continental U.S.), and no minimums. Other providers charge hidden fees, roaming fees, etc. But not net 10.

You can buy 300 minutes for 30 bux from them.

I have heard and read *lots* of badthings about wirefly and liberty wireless, but not net 10.

That's all I got for now.

You can get them cheap on Ebay but if I were you I wouldn't get one on Ebay because if there are any problems with it then it will be a waste of money and even it has been insured then it won't be under your name so you will be taking a risk. Even if the person who sells it to you is trustworthy, they can't predict how long the battery will last for etc. If I were you I would suggest just buying the cheapest new phone you can in one the high street shops such as Phones4u or Virgin where you can often buy phones costing between £20 and £30 pounds with Sim inclusive.

Just go on-line and use search engine to find Sim free phones, see what's on offer, decide on preferred handset and make your purchase at the cheapest price you can find it, then purchase Sim card of your choice, that way the phone will not be locked into a network and you can change networks at a later date without having to get the phone unlocked.
