When i first moved into my flat i threw a burning cigarette in the tub while i was decorating and to my horror it burt a hole right through (My previous bath was steel)

Anyway after realising the bath was some sought of plastic i sat in the tub with a soldering iron and melted the hole closed. No leaks and still good after 5 years.

Go to a home department store, (home-depot, lowe's etc.) Purchase paint that's for a stove, put a couple coats on the crack.

Check a hardware store for tub repair kits. They usually are good for a year or more depending on use.

Try the silicon sealant stuff that seals the gap between the bath and your tiles/wall to stop water getting down in between. That might work!!
